Our Story
Serza was born from the vision and passion of Sergio Zapata, an Argentine designer whose story begins in the far south of Ushuaia.
The origin of Serza
From a very young age, Sergio knew his vocation: to create vehicles that would challenge the limits of engineering and design. At the age of 3 he already spoke with conviction about building cars, airplanes and ships.
At 9, he hand-built his own tin toys — stylized replicas of 1950s Formula 1 cars. In his youth he devoted himself to the handcrafted design of vehicles, airplanes, trucks and boats made from recycled materials.
That early vocation became a career of international recognition that today places Serza among the most singular design studios in the world.
